Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/2026

This Refund Policy applies to all services, memberships, packages, programs, events, and products purchased from Swift Sessions (“Swift Sessions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made with Swift Sessions are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Memberships and subscriptions

  • Training packages and sessions

  • Camps, clinics, leagues, and programs

  • Batting cage rentals

  • Drop-in sessions and classes

  • Digital products and merchandise

Swift Sessions does not offer refunds for unused sessions, missed appointments, schedule changes, or early cancellations.

2. Exceptional Circumstances (Discretionary)

In rare and reasonable cases, Swift Sessions may consider issuing a refund or credit at management’s sole discretion. These circumstances may include:

  • Documented medical injury or illness preventing participation

  • Relocation outside of service area

  • Military deployment or similar unavoidable life event

Proof may be required. Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.

3. Credits vs. Refunds

When an exception is approved, Swift Sessions may issue account credit instead of a monetary refund. Credits:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Must be used within 90 days unless otherwise stated

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

4. No Refunds For:

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • No-shows or late cancellations

  • Dissatisfaction with coaching style or results

  • Schedule conflicts or lack of attendance

  • Expired packages or memberships

  • Promotional or discounted offers

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Swift Sessions first may result in suspension of services and permanent removal from future programs.

6. Policy Updates

Swift Sessions reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
