Cancellation Policy
Membership & Package Terms and Conditions Membership Period – All memberships are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Team packages may be billed monthly or seasonally. Renewals & Cancellations – Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellations must be emailed or submitted in person. Usage Limits – Unlimited memberships allow up to one session per day, booked in advance. Sessions are 30 minutes unless otherwise noted. Booking Policy – All sessions must be booked online or by phone at least 2 hours in advance. Team packages require prepayment for reserved time slots. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy – No-shows are billed at the full rate. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in loss of reserved time without refund. Guest Policy – Some memberships include guest passes; guest visits must be booked and used during the member’s reserved session. Equipment & Facility Rules – L-screens, tees, and pitching machines must be used properly. Members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. Off-Peak Discounts – Available only during posted hours; not applicable to memberships unless specified. Transferability – Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management. Safety & Conduct – All participants must follow facility safety rules and staff instructions. Unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. Changes to Terms – Management reserves the right to update pricing, terms, and conditions with 30 days’ notice to active members. By purchasing a membership or package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
