All-Girl multi-sport performance group for female athletes in the 8th Grade and older!

Athletes will go through a comprehensive program that will help them develop strength, power, explosivenenss, speed , agility & quickness.

Dates:

Every Monday, November 9, 2020 through December 14, 2020

(11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14)

Time:

4:30PM - 5:30PM

Cost:

$180 for all 6 sessions or $35 drop-in
