[Fall Break] Sports Performance Camp
There's no school the week of Monday, November 19th through Friday, November 23rd. Come improve your speed, agility, quickness, strength and conditioning!

About The Event
Swift Sessions is offering a Fall Break Sports Performance Camp.
The camp lasts all week, while the kids are out of school.
There will be 2 groups:
10 AM Group 1 PM Group
6-12 year olds 13 years and older
Training sessions will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Athletes will engage in drills and teaching about speed, agility and quickness. There will also be a strength and conditioning component to functionally compliment the skills and drills.

6-12 Year Old Group
Meets at 10 AM. Will incorporate body weight and resistance training.
13 and Older Group
Meets at 1 PM MWF - Strength and Conditioning TTh - Speed, Agility, Quickness
