[Fall Break] Sports Performance Camp

About The Event
Swift Sessions is offering a Fall Break Sports Performance Camp.
The camp lasts all week, while the kids are out of school.
There will be 2 groups:
10 AM Group 1 PM Group
6-12 year olds 13 years and older
Training sessions will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Athletes will engage in drills and teaching about speed, agility and quickness. There will also be a strength and conditioning component to functionally compliment the skills and drills.
